1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 
- Delays may occur for out-of-stock items. We’ll notify you via email/SMS with resolution options (refund, replacement, or wait). 
2. Domestic Shipping (India)
We partner with trusted Indian courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, or India Post).

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for most orders. 
- COD orders may take 1–2 extra days for processing. 
4. Tracking Your Order
- You’ll receive an SMS/email with a tracking link once your order is shipped. 
- Track your order via the courier’s website or our Order Tracking Page. 
- Allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect. 
5. Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions (monsoons, floods). 
- Festive seasons (Diwali, Durga Puja) or carrier strikes. 
- Incorrect/ incomplete address.

- For lost packages, we’ll reship or refund after investigating with the courier. 
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
- Couriers will attempt delivery twice. 
- After failed attempts, the order returns to our warehouse. Contact us to re-ship (additional charges may apply).

- Free redelivery is offered for returns due to our errors (e.g., wrong item).
