2. Product Information
- Refurbished Products: All laptops and devices labeled “refurbished” are professionally inspected, repaired (if needed), and tested to meet functional standards. They may show minor cosmetic wear. 
- Grading System: Products are graded (e.g., “Like New,” “Excellent,” “Good”) based on condition. Descriptions and images are for reference only. 
- Non-New Items: Refurbished products are not brand new, unless explicitly stated. 
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST. 
- We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without notice. 
- Payment methods: Credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or Cash on Delivery (COD). 
- Orders are subject to stock availability. 
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees (see our Delivery Policy). 
- We ship across India, including remote areas. Serviceability depends on courier partners. 
- Tracking details will be shared via SMS/email. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. 
5. Returns & Refunds
- Return Window: 10 days from delivery for defective/wrong items. 
- Conditions: - Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories. 
- Return requests require proof (photos/videos) of defects. 
 
- Non-Returnable: Software issues, accidental damage, or misuse. 
- Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. 
6. Warranties
- Refurbished laptops include a [6-month] warranty against manufacturing defects. 
- Warranty covers repairs/replacements at our discretion. 
- Exclusions: Physical damage, liquid spills, tampering, or unauthorized repairs. 
7. Limitation of Liability
- Geeklappy.com is not liable for: - Indirect damages (e.g., data loss, business interruptions). 
- Delays due to logistics, customs, or unforeseen events. 
 
- Our liability is capped at the order value. 
8. User Conduct
- You agree not to: - Use the Website for illegal purposes. 
- Share false information or misuse accounts. 
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit website content. 
 
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These T&C are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in Mumbai courts. 
- Disputes will first be resolved through mediation or arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. 
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these T&C. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
